Legacy Staffing, partnered with Annin Flagmakers in Coshocton, OH, is hiring entry level Sewing Machine Operators on 1st and 2nd shifts with pay rates of $13.45/hour and $13.95/hour respectively. No prior sewing experience is required; training will be provided as you learn to operate industrial sewing machines for flag production in a fast-paced setting.

Legacy Staffing has partnered with best-in-class American flag manufacturer Annin Flagmakers in Coshocton, OH to hire Entry Level Sewing Machine Operators. We are hiring for first and second shift opportunities at a pay rate of $13.45/hour for 1st shift and $13.95/hour for second. This role focuses on learning and operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality American flags in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No prior sewing machine experience is required. We provide training for motivated individuals who are dependable, punctual, and eager to learn a new skill.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in an 8-week training program to learn sewing machine operation.
• Operate industrial sewing machines in a production environment.
• Produce quality products while meeting production goals.
• Follow safety, quality, and work instructions at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production schedules.

Required Qualifications:

• No experience necessary. Will train.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

Shift Information:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
