Job summary

Hammond Services in Griffin, GA is expanding and seeks a qualified Sewer Technician who wants to grow with us. You will inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair sewer lines for residential customers, using sewer cameras, hydro jetters, and locating equipment.

You will collaborate with the team, keep tools and vehicles in good condition, and provide clear findings and recommendations to homeowners. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sewer/drain plumbing or related field preferred.
• Experience with sewer cameras, hydro jetters, and locating equipment a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform sewer line inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs for residential customers.
• Operate sewer cameras, locating equipment, hydro jetting machines, and drain cleaning equipment.
• Assess sewer line issues, evaluate system conditions, and provide detailed findings to the Sewer Sales Technician for review with the customer.
• Assist with sewer line excavations, replacements, trenchless repairs, and related plumbing services.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly and professionally with homeowners.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working condition.
• Collaborate with dispatch, plumbing technicians, and other team members to complete jobs efficiently and provide exceptional customer service.
