Job summary

S&J Plumbing in Arlington Heights, IL is hiring a Residential Sewer Technician to join our employee-focused team. You will maintain communication with dispatch, keep the company truck clean, manage inventory, and participate in on-call rotations.

We offer a flexible pay structure including hourly pay plus spiffs, with potential to earn up to $20,000+ per month for top performers. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, weekly pay, 401(k) with employer match,

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of residential sewer technician experience.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Self-starter who can work in a positive team environment.
• Hydro-jetting, rodding and video inspecting sewers for our customers.
• 1 year minimum mini excavator experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
• Keep your truck inventory up to date.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Join the on-call rotation.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
