Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Industrial sewing experience a plus.
• Ability to operate industrial sewing machines safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines to sew web slings for overhead lifting purposes.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or other specifications to determine sewing requirements.
• Prepare materials, including cutting fabric, straps, and other components, as per the provided measurements.
• Set up sewing machines, ensuring proper tension, stitch length, and thread alignment for each sewing project.
• Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities, ensuring they meet quality standards.
