Harts Services is seeking a Sewer Service Expert to diagnose sewer issues, present multi-option proposals, and complete residential sewer service with top standards. This full-time role offers a commission-based pay plan and strong earning potential.

Earn between $70,000 and $180,000+ annually, with a 4%-18% commission per project, Monday–Friday hours, and a company vehicle. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and growth opportunities are provided.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose sewer issues and create multi-option proposals
• Present solutions with confidence using the Harts Service Process
• Complete residential sewer service work to the highest standards
• Meet performance goals while supporting your team

Pay & Schedule:

• Commission-based position (earn 4%–18% per project subtotal)
• Expected annual earnings: $70,000–$180,000+
• Full-time, Monday–Friday (no weekends!)
• Hours between 6:30am – 6:00pm
