Responsibilities:

The Sewer Sales Estimator is responsible for converting drain cleaning work into sales to meet the division’s set revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

NOTE: 100% Commission Sales + Bonus - Amazing regional earnings potential! This is a W-2 Employee position with great benefits!

In this role, you will:
  • Execute the sales process to meet booking, conversion, and job profitability goals.
  • Present Len The Plumber as the “industry best” by selling the brand and value proposition against the competition.
  • Create trust and value when presenting sewer repair options to homeowners.
  • Develop a daily schedule of productive activities from qualified leads.
  • Develop community relationships.
  • Respond to and initiate telephone contact with potential customers.
  • Complete camera inspections of main line for customers and accurately diagnose defects.
  • Inform homeowners of the state of their sewer main and offer appropriate options for repair or replacement.
  • Prepare and present individualized proposals for main sewer replacements or repairs.
  • Close sales and achieve assigned sales performance objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Excavation team to ensure the job is executed professionally.
  • Contact local utility companies for crews' required paperwork.
QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:
  • Experience in Sewer, Plumbing or HVAC sales.
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience required; 2+ years of residential/home services experience, highly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen required.
  • Ability to work in the field, in the office, or at customers’ homes.
  • Periodic visits at various branch locations may be required.
  • Set appropriate customer expectations regarding scope of work, availability, and landscaping.
  • Accurately ‘locate’ damaged sewer line to formulate an accurate scope of work.
  • Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and with customers.
  • Work professionally under pressure during high-volume work.
  • Multitask and prioritize (or reprioritize) tasks on very short notice.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
