Job summary

Vortex Companies, LLC is seeking a CDL-certified Vactor Operator to support sewer and pipeline projects. You will drive sewer-cleaning pump trucks, perform maintenance, and ensure safe operation of equipment on a variety of sites across the region.

Responsibilities include pre-shift inspections, performing laborer duties when needed, and traveling as required. A safe driving record and medical card are essential, with background checks and drug screening part of the process.

Qualifications

• CDL License Class A or B with medical card.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Clean driving record for last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate sewer-cleaning pump trucks.
• Perform general diagnostic and maintenance to waste systems.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct pre-shift vehicle inspection.
• Carry out laborer duties and special projects as assigned.
• Travel as required.
