The City of Maumee is accepting applications for Sewer Operator positions. The Sewer Operator is responsible for general maintenance activities, including servicing, cleaning, maintaining, and repairing the City Sanitary and Storm sewer systems under the supervision of the Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor - Sewer Division.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment and buildings required for the job. The position reports to the Supervisor and Assistant Supervisor - Sewer Division.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid CDL license, Class B with Air Brake endorsement or above within six months of hire
• General knowledge of maintenance equipment
• No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided
• Valid driver’s license with driving privileges meeting the City of Maumee’s insurability requirements

Salary:

$57,329.60 - $71,506.93 annually
