J Blanton Plumbing in Columbus, OH is seeking a Sewer Lining Helper to support Sewer Lining Technicians on rehab projects and learn CIPP techniques. You’ll assist with installations, prep work and equipment setup, and contribute to safe, quality workmanship.

The role requires at least 6 months experience in sewers or plumbing-related fields; training will be provided. You’ll work outdoors, lift heavy gear, and collaborate with a supportive team committed to service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in sewers or plumbing/drain/home services.
• Willingness to learn sewer lining and CIPP techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors and in various job-site conditions.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and around sewer systems.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist Sewer Lining Technicians with CIPP installations and repairs.
• Help prepare job sites and sewer lines for lining.
• Assist with operating and maintaining sewer lining and drain cleaning equipment.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize tools and equipment.
• Assist with Picote, Hydro Jetter, and other specialized sewer equipment.
• Prepare materials and equipment needed for each project.
• Help clean and prepare sewer lines prior to lining.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment at job sites.
• Follow instructions from Lead Technicians and Field Managers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Help troubleshoot issues and communicate problems to the Lead Technician.
• Work safely and follow all company safety procedures.
