Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months’ related experience.
• Knowledge of work hazards and safety precautions in sewer environments.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to deal with the public professionally.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Unstop sewer blockages and clean materials from lines as needed.
• Dispose of material in an appropriate location.
• Maintain and operate jet truck safely and efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as recommended by manufacturer.
• Ensure a safe work zone is set up prior to work.
• Complete and submit written reports.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
