Sewer Foreman/Crew Leader will be directing and overseeing the installation of storm, sanitary and water main. Knowledge of safe work practices and equipment operation are a must.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Directing a team of 2 to 10 skilled operators and laborers.
• Leading and scheduling crews, subcontractors and materials.
• Assist in determining labor, equipment and material needs.
• Interfacing with other foremen, superintendents, project managers, vendors, owners and inspectors.
• Maintaining records including time sheets, safety, production, attendance reports, etc.
• Promoting and enforcing the company safety policies.
