The Position:

Seeking a Loader Operator with Sewer and Water experience. Responsibilities include identifying sewer and water materials, handling trench boxes with forklifts, and operating other equipment as needed, under the supervision of a Foreman.

• Projects are throughout Dane County; reliable transportation and willingness to travel are required.

The Candidate:

• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Class A CDL preferred but not required prior to hire.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Sewer and Water.
• Punctuality and dependability are essential.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Capable of working in diverse weather conditions and dusty environments.
• Union membership or willingness to join is required; assistance is available from HR.
• Must pass or have passed the Operators Union aptitude test.
• Ability to maintain and repair equipment as needed.
