The position offers hands-on training for lining technology and a clear path to advance within the company, with strong emphasis on safety, customer service, and quality workmanship in residential settings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in residential sewer and drain work.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential sewer and drain cleaning, including clearing main lines and branch lines through cleanouts.
• Diagnose blockages, backups, and pipe issues using proper tools and equipment.
• Work with residential sewer systems and underground drain lines.
• Conduct sewer camera inspections when needed to identify problems.
• Explain findings and recommend repair or replacement solutions to homeowners.
• Maintain equipment and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Provide professional, high-quality customer service in every home.
• Support opportunities to upsell repairs, replacements, or lining solutions when appropriate.
• Train and grow into a Sewer Lining Technician role.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in residential sewer and drain work.
• Strong experience working with residential sewer lines, drain systems, and cleanouts.
• Ability to diagnose and clear sewer/drain blockages independently.
• Lining experience is a plus, but not required - we will train the right candidate.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, and motivated to grow within the company.

While prior lining experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate who has strong hands-on experience in sewer and drain service.
