Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional behavior treatment services for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders using applied behavior analysis (ABA) based therapy.
• Work with patients and families to reach individualized goals supervised by a BCBA.
• Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self‑help skills in individual or small‑group settings.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the children supported.
• Provide regular written and verbal progress reports on treatment goals.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards set by the BlueSprig clinical team.
• Experience working in crisis situations including severe aggression, self‑injurious behavior, and property destruction.
• Communicate clearly and effectively—both orally and written—with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge.

Role Details

• Availability: All day Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM
• Pay: $24.50 to $26.00 per hour for billable hours as an RBT; $16.00 per hour for non‑billable hours during BT training and administrative time.
• Additional pay: $21.50 per billable client hour after completing BT training but prior to achieving RBT certification.

Background check required. The position may involve a criminal history and driving record check in compliance with applicable laws.
