In This Role You Will:

• Provide exceptional behavior treatment services for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders using an ABA‑based therapy; work 2:1 with patients and families to reach individualized goals under BCBA supervision
• Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self‑help skills in individual or small group settings
• Collect data to monitor progress of the children we support
• Provide regular written and verbal progress reports on treatment goals
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards set by the BlueSprig clinical team
• Maintain appropriate social distancing and safety practices, both on and off the job; PPE and communication tools are provided
• Experience working in crisis situations such as severe aggression, self‑injurious behavior, and property destruction
• Communicate clearly and effectively—both orally and in writing—with clients, families, and colleagues
• Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge

Role Details:

• Availability: All day, Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM
• Pay: $24.50 to $26.50 per hour (based on experience) for billable hours as an RBT
• Once you have completed training but before completing RBT certification, you will receive $21 for each billable client hour worked. For all BT training and administrative time, you will receive $17 for each non‑billable hour worked.
