Job summary

U.S. Venture, Inc. is hiring a production machinery setup operator in Wisconsin to prepare filling equipment for various container sizes and fluid chemistries.

You will configure and test equipment, support changeovers and teardowns, and perform basic troubleshooting to maintain production efficiency and product quality. Responsibilities include calibrating machines, installing nozzles and conveyors, verifying fill accuracy and safety systems, and logging setup data.

Qualifications

Position Summary

Position will be responsible for setting up and preparing production machinery for filling involving various container sizes and fluid chemistry. This role ensures machines are correctly configured and tested for proper operation, support changeovers and teardowns, and perform basic troubleshooting to maintain production efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, adjust and calibrate filling machines according to production specifications and work orders.
• Install and adjust filling nozzles, conveyor belts, pump systems, and capping machines as needed.
• Ensure proper alignment of containers, fill accuracy, torque setting and safety systems.
• Perform product flush between production runs to prevent cross‑contamination and maintain line cleanliness, following company and regulatory standards.
• Conduct dry runs and sample testing to verify correct setup before full production.
• Support and perform rapid and efficient product or container changeovers.
• Monitor the initial ramp‑up of equipment operation during production runs to confirm stable performance.
• Maintain clean and organized setup work areas.
• Log setup data, complete the checklist, and report issues to maintenance or supervisor.
• Support minor preventative maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications

Requires authorization to work in the United States and maintain that authorization. Team members must adhere to company policies and complete annual training on standard operating procedures (PLW‑OP21 through PL-OP02).
