Job summary

KAES is seeking a Settlement Supervisor to lead accounts receivable and settlement operations, strengthening cash flow visibility and working capital performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, MIS, Analytics, or related field.
• Experience using data analytics, reporting tools, automation, or technology solutions.
• Experience working with financial systems, banking platforms, ERP, or treasury management systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, coach, and develop a team responsible for accounts receivable and collections to ensure timely cash application and resolution.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve issues, manage receivables, mitigate collection risk, and maintain relationships.
• Lead technology-enabled improvements using automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to modernize settlement processes and reporting.
• Ensure settlement processes meet internal control expectations and communicate risks and improvement opportunities.
