If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving projects to success, we want to hear from you!

  • Serves as the program point of contact for all industry partner technical inquiries, schedule-change requests, and interface clarifications
  • Work closely with other SETA to confirm that each ICD, change request, and integration activity aligns with the system architecture and the established requirements baseline before release
  • Build, maintain and update the integrated master schedule (IMS) in MS Project to reflect all vendor contract milestones and cross-vendor dependencies; refresh the schedule weekly with vendor inputs and highlight any open integration issues or milestone shifts
  • Maintain the project Confluence space that houses all program documents; enforce version control, access permissions, and ensure the repository remains updated
  • Maintain the official program calendar; schedule all required program meetings, circulate agendas, ensure appropriate participants are invited, record minutes, and distribute action items promptly
  • Capture every action item generated in meetings or change control discussions in a centralized tracker; assign owners, set due dates, monitor status weekly, and report outstanding items in the integration-status briefing to the Program Manager
  • Chair the project Interface Working Group with responsibilities including setting the agenda, capturing actions/minutes, and controlling vendor participation to protect competitive equity
  • Facilitate stakeholder contribution by distributing draft deliverables early enough to allow substantive feedback; capture, track, and document all stakeholder inputs, dispositions, and rationales; maintain transparent communications so that stakeholder concerns are addressed promptly and incorporated into deliverables
  • Develop system requirements in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders
  • Analyze mission-level objectives and translate into clear, stakeholder-oriented operational plans (CONOPS)
  • Derive stakeholder CONOPS into technical system requirements for delivery to system development vendors
  • Strategically review developer's systems designs throughout all phases, including conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs
  • Collaborate on verification and validation test plans and reviews to ensure systems meet customer objectives

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, and 5 or more years of technical experience on large, multi-vendor government development programs; proven record of leading vendor coordination, interface control, and integration-schedule management
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and enforcing government-owned baseline controls (ICDs, IMS, issue logs) and a formal change control process
  • Experience supporting $100 million or larger government acquisitions with knowledge of OCI mitigation requirements, government data-rights, and IP considerations
  • Proficiency with MS Project (schedule development/maintenance), strong ICD development capabilities, strong competence in action item tracking; MBSE tool experience preferred
  • Proven ability to chair multi-vendor technical working groups, produce clear briefings and reports for senior decision makers, exercise independent technical judgement, and proactively surface and resolve issues
