Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC (ProSync) seeks a Mid-Level SETA Security Specialist to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance for DoD and IC security programs. You will advise government leadership, coordinate security initiatives, and ensure compliance with policies while supporting mission requirements.

The role requires 3+ years in government security programs, active TS clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced, mission-focused

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supporting government security programs.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility.
• IAT/IAM Level II certification required.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide SETA support to government security offices, program managers, and stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute security program activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures.
• Review activities for compliance with regulations and directives.
• Prepare reports and executive briefs for leadership.
• Coordinate with personnel, contractors, and mission partners.

Skills

IAT/IAM Level II certification

Top Secret clearance with SAP/SAR
