Job summary

Schaeffler in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a manufacturing machine operator to set up operating machines, perform first checks and test sequences, and support ramp-up with the production team.

You will follow procedures, maintain records, ensure PPE, and participate in safety rules. Preferred candidates have 1 year exp, ability to lift, and work authorization in the US. Salary range is $21.20–$23.85 per hour plus a $1,500 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to use instruments for measuring and to identify defects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to operate basic machinery.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
