Job summary

Champion Personnel is seeking an experienced CNC Setup Operator for a Mentor, OH manufacturing facility. You will set up and run CNC Feederbar machines, install tooling, load aluminum bars, and read blueprints to ensure parts meet tolerances.

Ideal candidates have CNC setup experience, read blueprints, and can work across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. We offer stable employment, competitive hourly pay, medical/dental/life insurance after hire, and paid holidays. Immediate interviews.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC setup or machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience using micrometers and calipers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Basic shop math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for the majority of the shift.
• Steel toe boots required.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Preferred: CNC repair or troubleshooting experience.
• Preferred: Experience setting tooling on multi-station machines.
