DENTALEZ, a leading dental equipment manufacturer, is hiring a Set-Up CNC Swiss Screw Operator in Lancaster, PA. • Interpret drawings and GD&T requirements.
• Perform inspection with calipers, micrometers, and gaging devices.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines.

DENTALEZ, one of the leading dental equipment manufacturers in the country, is hiring for a Set-Up CNC Swiss Screw Operator in Lancaster, PA.

Essential duties/responsibilities:

• Work within tight tolerance ranges with a high level of precision and attention to detail
• Understanding of programming with the ability to make necessary adjustments at start up to produce nominal parts
• Possess the ability to interpret part drawing and GD&T requirements
• Must have solid understanding of inspection and gaging techniques utilizing measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, plug and ring gages
• Possess a mechanical ability and aptitude to perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on Star and Citizen CNC Screw Machines
• Understanding of tooling required for the CNC processes
• Make complete set up, including loading of program, checking, and positioning of fixtures and cutting tools, and offset programming adjustments
