  • Keep storage rooms clean, organized, and properly maintained to support efficient daily operations.
  • Identify and promptly notify the Operations Manager of equipment or facility conditions requiring repair or replacement.
  • Monitor supplies used in assigned work and notify the Operations Manager when replenishment is needed.

Work Safely & Be a Team Player
  • Follow established equipment handling procedures, operational guidelines, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Work cooperatively with Operations team members and employees from other departments to support successful event execution.
  • Maintain a professional, respectful, and customer-focused approach when interacting with coworkers, supervisors, clients, and guests.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to assist with changing priorities, additional assignments, and special projects.
  • Meet work schedules assigned by management, including unusual shifts and hours based on event demands.
  • Perform other duties, functions, special projects, and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • You're Dependable & Take Ownership. You show up ready to work, follow instructions, take responsibility for your assignments, and complete tasks without constant reminders.

  • You Lead with Integrity. You demonstrate honesty, accountability, self-awareness, and a commitment to following established policies, procedures, and expectations.
  • You Stay Focused Under Pressure. You can manage multiple tasks, adjust to changing priorities, and work effectively under pressure, including situations where resources are limited.
  • You're Flexible & Ready to Help. You understand that event schedules can change and are willing to work irregular hours while supporting the needs of the team and facility.
Qualifications
