SERVPRO Team Doyle is hiring an entry-level SERVPRO Technician to join our field team in Allentown, PA. In this hands-on role, you will assist with inventory, packing, cleaning, and restoration of customers' belongings after damage events.

You will work directly with homeowners and business owners, delivering compassionate service and meticulous care. We offer hands-on training, potential certifications, and room for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Friendly, empathetic and capable of delivering excellent customer service.
• Careful with belongings during packing and restoration processes.
• Previous moving or restoration/logistics experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle, inventory, pack, and transport contents at customer locations.
• Provide compassionate customer service during challenging times.
• Perform cleaning, deodorizing, and restoration of contents.
• Maintain organized records of packed items using mobile software.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Keep vehicles, equipment and sites clean and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly out in the field at customer locations to handle, inventory, pack, and transport personal contents and belongings.
• Provide compassionate, top‑tier customer service to clients during challenging times.
• Perform detailed cleaning, deodorizing, and restoration of contents at our facility or on‑site.
• Maintain clear organization and detailed records/documentation of packed items using mobile software.
• Collaborate closely with team members and job superintendents to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with care.
• Keep work trucks, equipment, and job sites clean and well‑maintained.

Requirements
