You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide customer support, and drive performance improvements across key KPIs. Candidates should have 5+ years in electro-mechanical systems and at least 2 years in a supervisory position, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electro-mechanical systems, servo products, or motion control.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a production or engineering setting.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Servo Valve Engineering group, including scheduling and performance management.
• Perform hands-on diagnostics and troubleshooting of servo products.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.
