ELWOOD CORP | High Performance Motors Group in Racine, WI is seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Assembler to build servo motor components and test finished products using electrical and test equipment.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong soldering and wiring skills, ability to read diagrams, and familiarity with calipers, multimeters, and oscilloscopes. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with hourly pay between $18 and $23.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong electrical assembly skills including soldering and crimping.
• Ability to interpret drawings and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and light mechanical components.
• Use measuring instruments to ensure product conformity.
• Read work instructions and follow procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and comply with safety standards.
