Job Description and Qualifications: The ideal candidate must become CERTIFIED with ServiceTitan to provide these services (training access will be provided, but certification is self-paced).

Salary Expectations: Starting at $70,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage meetings with clients to guide onboarding, implementation, and optimization of ServiceTitan CRM software.
  2. Schedule daily appointments with new and existing clients.
  3. Follow up on all leads and return calls.
  4. Pre-assess company issues to design tailored protocols within ServiceTitan.
  5. Input and manage client data in CRM.
  6. Problem-solve and mitigate client usage issues.
  7. Submit weekly work completion reports.
  8. Potential for onsite visits when needed.
  9. Work remotely 90% of the time with regular communication.
  10. Assist with Pricebook import/export procedures, leveraging Microsoft Excel skills.
  11. Provide clients with Pricebook training, optimization, and build-outs.
Qualifications / ServiceTitan Knowledge:
  • Workflows, best practices, setup, and configuration.
  • Experience with accounting workflows, managing jobs and customers, call booking, customer communications, dispatching, estimates, financing partnerships (e.g., Greensky, GoodLeap, Service Finance), inventory workflows, invoicing, marketing, memberships, mobile, payments, payroll, phones, forms, conditional logic, tax zones, pricebooks, Excel spreadsheets, projects, commercial management, QuickBooks (Desktop and Online), Intact, reporting, and backend configurations.
