WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Conduct onsite training sessions for key customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of our data center products.
• Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations.
• Provide technical writing, support, and mentorship to customers during installation and maintenance processes.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
• Ensure customers are confidently trained to use our products effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
• Gather customer feedback to improve training programs and materials.
• Travel to customer locations as needed for onsite training.

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience in technical training and writing, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple training sessions.
• Willingness to travel 10-50% with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work remotely from a home office.
