What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead teams in managing professional services projects for data center clients, including installation and maintenance
• Coordinate project timelines and ensure timely delivery of services with engineers, sales, and contractors
• Review and verify engineering designs while applying technological expertise to projects
• Track project portfolio KPIs and continuously improve processes for enhanced customer satisfaction
• Conduct site walks, training, and scheduling of third-party installation activities

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the data center sector
• Ability to travel 50% to 60% of the time, including internationally, and possess a valid driver's license
• Proficiency in business systems such as CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated skills in contingency planning and adapting to rapid changes in customer demand
• Knowledge of mechanical and thermal principles is preferred but not crucial
