WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Lead teams to manage professional services projects, including installation, preventive maintenance, and warranty repair for our data center clients.
- Drive, coordinate, and maintain project timelines.
- Lead and partner with engineers, sales, and third-party contractors to ensure the timely delivery of scheduled services.
- Direct outside activities and third-party installation project scheduling, site walks, and training.
- Review and verify sophisticated engineering designs.
- Maintain excellent organizational skills to balance multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Apply technological expertise to specific projects.
- Lead a portfolio of projects to ensure they are on track and raise any project roadblocks.
- Assist in the development of project timelines.
- Track Project Portfolio KPIs.
- Work to continuously improve project processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Note: While this role is posted across multiple locations, only one hire will be made.
YOU HAVE:
- Ideally, 5+ years of experience in project management within the data center space, with experience in data center services.
- Ability to work remotely from a home office and travel approximately 30% of the time, including internationally. A valid driver's license is required.
- Knowledge of Data Center construction is helpful.
- Proficiency in business systems such as CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skills in contingency planning, effective scheduling, and adapting to rapid changes in customer demand.
- Ability to develop projects and initiatives, measuring and delivering results.
- Knowledge of mechanical and thermal principles is preferred but not essential.

Pay Transparency: Our pay scale is based on the expected range for this role and location, considering factors like experience and education. Pay may vary by geographic region as detailed below:
- Region A: $107,100 - $198,900
- Region B: $89,300 - $165,800
- Region C: $98,200 - $182,300
Additional compensation may include incentives.
