What You Will Experience In This Position

• Lead teams managing professional services projects, including installation, preventive maintenance, and warranty repair for data center clients.
• Drive, coordinate, and maintain project timelines.
• Partner with engineers, sales, and third-party contractors to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Oversee outside activities, project scheduling, site walks, and training.
• Review and verify engineering designs.
• Organize multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Apply technological expertise to projects.
• Manage a portfolio of projects, monitor progress, and address roadblocks.
• Assist in developing project timelines.
• Track project KPIs.
• Improve project processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

You Have

• 5+ years of project management experience in the data center space, particularly in data center services.
• Ability to work remotely with 30% travel, including international; valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of Data Center construction is helpful.
• Proficiency with CAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and business systems.
• Skills in contingency planning, scheduling, and adapting to customer demand changes.
• Ability to develop projects and measure results.
• Knowledge of mechanical and thermal principles is a plus.
