Job description

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  1. Lead teams to manage professional services projects, including installation, preventive maintenance, and warranty repair for our data center clients.
  2. Drive, coordinate, and maintain project timelines.
  3. Lead and partner with engineers, sales, and third-party contractors to ensure the timely delivery of scheduled services.
  4. Direct outside activities and third-party installation project scheduling, site walks, and training.
  5. Review and verify sophisticated engineering designs.
  6. Maintain excellent organizational skills to balance multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  7. Apply technological expertise to specific projects.
  8. Lead a portfolio of projects to ensure they are on track and raise any roadblocks.
  9. Assist in the development of project timelines.
  10. Track Project Portfolio KPIs.
  11. Work to continuously improve project processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  12. Note: While this role is posted across multiple locations, only 1 hire will be made.
YOU HAVE:
  1. Ideally, 5+ years of experience in project management in the data center space, with experience in data center services.
  2. Ability to work remotely from a home office and travel approximately 30% of the time, including internationally. A valid driver's license is required.
  3. Knowledge of Data Center construction is helpful.
  4. Knowledge of business systems such as CAD software applications, along with skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Demonstrated skills in contingency planning, scheduling, and adapting to rapid changes in customer demand.
  6. Ability to develop projects and initiatives, measuring and delivering results.
  7. Knowledge of mechanical and thermal principles is preferred but not essential.
