Base pay range

$80,500.00/yr - $143,800.00/yr

About The Opportunity

The Data Conversion Consultant (DCC) actively participates with the customer and implementation team to convert data from a third-party vendor to Dayforce HCM specifications. The DCC follows established processes for data reception, mapping, validation, testing, and delivery, ensuring data security and quality throughout the project. The DCC provides regular updates, identifies risks, and communicates issues to the Project Manager and Data Conversion Manager, adhering to SLAs and timelines.

What You'll Do

• Consult on data extraction and mapping source data to Dayforce HCM specifications with the customer and implementation team.
• Build, validate, test load, and deliver conversion files within SLA.
• Attend project meetings and provide status updates.
• Offer follow-up consulting and assistance in data conversion.
• Serve as a data conversion resource for internal and external users.

Contribute Internally

• Document solutions and contribute to repositories.
• Share best practices with the practice team.
• Master at least one Dayforce HCM specification as a SME.

Focus on Continuing Education

• Participate in knowledge sharing and training sessions.
• Complete new release training promptly to stay current with product updates.

Skills and Experience

• Fluent in English and French (written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Data Conversion and in a consultant role with Dayforce HCM.
• Experience in business process mapping.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud software, HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and application development.
• Understanding of HCM business practices.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Leadership in data conversion processes.
