Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Services Specialist – Commissioning to lead field maintenance and commissioning activities at customer sites. You will manage resources and logistics, perform testing and validation of equipment, and ensure projects meet design objectives.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 4+ years of field maintenance experience, low voltage troubleshooting, networking basics, and willingness to travel 65-80% of the time. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

As a Field Services Specialist, you willbe responsible forall resources andlogisticsrequiredto perform services and maintenance activities on customers' sites/properties. These activities contribute tomaintaining, repairing, and refurbishing sold or existing products

As aServices Specialist, you willbe responsible for:

• Handling all activities related to the testing and validation of equipment, facility, or plantin accordance withthe designobjectivesor specifications for operational use.
• Communicating effectivelythe findings and recommendations via reports and verbal communication.
• Maintaining calibration of specialized tools.
• Handling standardized project processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions.
• Relaying and implementing the processes and procedures that arefrequentlyupdated by other functions
• Workingon the basis ofpredefined contracts and frameworks

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience with field maintenance ideally in an industrial environment
• Have experience in Low Voltage electrical troubleshooting.
• Have been exposed to general networking practices/architectures.
• Have been able to travel 65-80% of the time both by vehicle and air travel depending on location.
• Have computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office suite and Windows Operating Systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Have aBachelor'sdegree from an accredited university or collegein Engineering, applied engineering or technology.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $68,520.00 - $147,280.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes' good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this role. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits.
