Department Overview The Services Offer Management team is a part of Motorola's Global Services segment responsible for the strategy, creation, and maintenance of Motorola Solutions's Managed, Support & Professional services offerings across all our portfolios. These individuals who are located globally are tasked with growing Motorola's business by creating services that go along with the Company's products to create solutions.

Job Description This role is fully remote with occasional travel to Motorola offices. The Services Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing solutions to grow the value of services offered by Motorola Solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product management and marketing as well as proven experience driving revenue growth through pricing strategy, packaging, promotions, and other tactics. This individual will also have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization and to customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate high energy, initiative, and leadership abilities.

We are looking for an energetic, self-starting, proactive leader who will work to understand the trends in the fixed video security & access control market and identify opportunities where new services can be complementary to our products.

Responsibilities:

  • This individual will collaborate with various internal stakeholders including product teams, sales, marketing, and operations to define the vision and strategy for new service offers
  • They will partner with different teams across the corporation to enable the new service offers including pricing, orderability, execution, financial trackability, and invoicing
  • A big element of the role is working with customers, both channel partners and end-users of our products, to understand the market needs and available opportunities for the company
  • The role reports to the Director of Offer Management responsible for all service offers in video and software businesses, ~2B revenue
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the value of Managed, Support & Professional services sold for Motorola Solutions
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Analyze data on service usage and trends to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Manage relationships with key partners and vendors related to services offerings
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to services revenue and profitability
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on the state of the services business.

Basic Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a technical discipline such as engineering or computer science, MBA is preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Services relevant work experience, preferably in product management or marketing within a technology or telecommunications industry
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products or services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively at all organizational levels
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
