Federal Express Corporation is seeking a senior product strategist to lead transportation and logistics product strategy, shaping roadmaps and collaborating with Operations, Technology, Sales, and Finance to deliver capabilities that enhance customer experience.
The role requires 3+ years in product management or market analysis, a Bachelor’s degree, and a track record of cross-functional leadership and quantitative analysis. Hybrid work is available at multiple FedEx campuses.
Under limited supervision, leads the development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans inclusive of product strategy, roadmap ownership, cross-functional alignment, implementation, and performance measurement considering product life cycle stage and the customer experience.
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.
Three (3) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis.
Strong communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.
Strong executive presence and human relations skills.
Pay: Memphis range: $6,511.62/mo - $10,744.16/mo; Pittsburgh range: $6,854.33/mo - $11,309.65/mo; Plano range: $6,854.33/mo - $11,309.65/mo
Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location four (4) times per week.
