Job description

Job Title: Services Advisor, Organizational Change Management & Adoption Services

Location: Virtual within the US with the ability to travel domestically at 30%

Overview:

Blue Yonder's Education & Adoption Services team is seeking a Services Advisor specific to OCM (Organizational Change Management) and Adoption Services. This position will be responsible for collaborating with Sales Teams, Customers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to help position, sell, solution and scope/price Education and Adoption (OCM & End User Training) Services. This role requires a deep understanding of Education, OCM and End User training professional services offerings and their value propositions to meet customer requirements on technology initiatives and projects. Additionally, it requires expertise in methodologies, techniques and tools to solution, scope and price various proposal options to clients.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with sales teams to understand client needs and develop Education and Adoption Services solutions
  • Ability to perform data gathering techniques and workshops with clients and other sources to determine requirements and win themes in order to develop solutions
  • Ability to present and sell Education and Adoption Services solutions to clients (external and internal ), virtually and in-person, and to participate in client orals, workshops and presentations
  • Support the sales process by preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and drafting SOWs
  • Ability to develop and support internal enablement activities and sales campaigns to promote the value and selling of Education and Adoption Services solutions
  • Contribute to thought leadership and new offering development for Education and Adoption Services
  • Develop OCM and EUT estimating models and tools, and sales collateral to facilitate standardization and efficiency in the sales process
  • Evaluate in region implementation sales opportunities to identify Education and Adoption Services opportunities. Including setting a cadence with sales representatives to position Education and Adoption Services solutions on those opportunities
  • Regularly report on sales forecast, opportunities and forecast against in region targets for Education and Adoption Services

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in sales solution architect role supporting the sales of Education and Adoption Services, or equivalent OCM delivery experience with sales responsibilities
  • Proven experience in selling, scoping, solutioning and pricing Education and Adoption Services
  • Experience on SCM software implementations especially in an OCM role.
  • Excellent sales, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into business value proposition
  • Bachelor's Degree from 4-year Accredited University

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $155,000

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
