ServiceNow Business Process Consultant – WSD Module
Location: Fully Remote
Contract Length: 10–20 weeks
Hours: 20–30 per week

Our client, a leading IT Services and IT Consulting company, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join the team remotely on a 10-20 week contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) project, overseeing activities from initial planning through to execution.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the delivery of a Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) project from planning through to execution.
  • Configure, test and deploy ServiceNow WSD features including indoor mapping, service catalog, request management and case management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional solutions and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for WSD configuration and adoption.
  • Produce documentation, workflows and knowledge articles to support ongoing use and maintenance.
  • Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Skillset
  • In-depth, hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow WSD module, with a track record of practical application.
  • Extensive experience in WSD project delivery, covering indoor mapping, service catalog and request management, case management, and core WSD configuration.
  • Proven ability to implement WSD solutions successfully across comparable projects.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, capable of working independently and consistently meeting agreed deadlines.
