Job summary

The Themesoft Inc team is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Developer to join our onsite team in Tampa, FL. You will configure and customize the VR module, design workflows and scripts, and integrate with external vulnerability scanners to automate data import and remediation processes.

You will implement MID servers, data sources, and API connections, and create dashboards and analytics for vulnerability KPIs.

Qualifications

5-9 years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow.
2+ years of experience specifically in Vulnerability Response (VR) module implementation.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes.
Experience integrating with vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Prisma Cloud, etc.).
Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Responsibilities

Configure and customize ServiceNow VR module to manage vulnerability lifecycle.
Design workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations supporting the VR lifecycle.
Integrate VR with external vulnerability scanners and CMDB for automated data import and correlation.
Configure MID Servers, data sources, and API connections for vulnerability data ingestion.
Develop automation for vulnerability assignment, remediation tracking, and exception management.
Create dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends.
