With deep expertise in ServiceNow AI, TPSM (Technology Provider Service Management) and Service Bridge capabilities, the successful candidate will focus on designing and delivering innovative Agentic AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and uphold development best practices for the team.

  • Mentor and provide advanced technical guidance to Senior Technical Consultants.

  • Deliver consultative support and expertise during workshops and discovery phases.

  • Collaborate on the creation and enhancement of user stories.

  • Execute configurations and implementations aligned with story specifications.

  • Engage actively in Scrum ceremonies and support agile workflows as required.

Skillset

  • Must be a U.S. citizen currently residing in the United States.

  • Demonstrated experience serving as a Principal Technical Consultant within ServiceNow platforms.

  • Deep expertise and practical experience with ServiceNow AI, TPSM (Technology Provider Service Management) and Service Bridge modules.

  • Required certifications include CAD (Certified Application Developer), CSA (Certified System Administrator) and a minimum of two CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) credentials.
