Soni's client is is seeking a skilled IT professional to lead the administration, enhancement, and strategic development of a ServiceNow platform supporting multiple business functions. This position involves leadership in IT service initiatives, adherence to SLAs, process optimization, team mentorship, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and optimize ServiceNow modules, including (but not limited to): ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, HR, GRC
• Drive IT service delivery, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders across IT and business units to ensure services align with organizational needs
• Provide coaching and support to junior staff, uphold quality and compliance standards
• Stay current with emerging IT tools, trends, and best practices relevant to ServiceNow

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in IT roles, with a focus on ServiceNow development and administration
• ServiceNow certification (e.g., CSA, CAD) is required
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills; proficiency in Excel
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate with remote/distributed teams
• Experience with Performance Analytics, reporting, and system integrations within ServiceNow is desirable
