Job description

Sigital is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant with a focus on implementations in the SecOps line of applications. This is a hands-on role capable of leading technical implementations to ensure customer engagements are successfully delivered. The qualified candidate will have 2+ years of technical experience as a ServiceNow technical consultant as well as demonstrable experience with successfully delivering customer implementations of ServiceNow Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response. The candidate will understand information security response processes and have the ability to guide customers through understanding technical solutions to their business requirements. The candidate will have experience configuring integrations between ServiceNow and security tools via REST/SOAP web services as well as establishing configurations to populate and leverage the ServiceNow CMDB and associated workflows for automated response activities. Experience delivering solutions with other ServiceNow applications is a plus. A current CIS-Vulnerability Response or CIS-Security Incident Response certification is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expert on the delivery of ServiceNow platform and SecOps applications.
• Be a member of the overall implementation project team.
• Drive process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes. Identify solutions from a people, process and technology perspective during workshops with key client sponsors and stakeholders, generating the required outputs for the subsequent stages of the engagement.
• Identify areas of business process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommend solutions that detail pros, cons, and risks.
• Communicate with your team and client business process and requirements, ensuring that proposed solutions meet client expectations.
• Provide guidance and deliver successful implementation of the to-be processes in partnership with other members of the project team, including industry partners working as part of the same project team.
• Lead clients in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow functional capabilities and in their efforts to improve their associated processes.
• Serve as a liaison between client and technical implementation team.
• Create and update required documentation such as workshop agendas, stories, test cases, process guides and flow diagrams.
• Ensure process-related deliverables to clients are complete, consistent, high quality, and timely, and deliver valued outcomes.
• Promote continuous process improvement practices through process metrics/KPIs, dashboards and role accountabilities.
• Collaborate and contribute to the creation, deployment and maintenance of process best practices and standards.
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
