Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Senior Consultant to join the GPS Cyber Strategy & Transformation team in a ServiceNow-focused role. You will drive workshops, capture business requirements, and design configurations across ITOM, ITAM, IRM, and Security Operations to support cyber governance and risk initiatives.

Collaborating with client and technical teams, you will produce artifacts, enable user adoption, and help deliver scalable, automated solutions aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• US work authorization without sponsorship
• Ability to obtain required clearance
• Travel up to 50% on average
• 2+ years' experience supporting ServiceNow implementation projects
• 2+ years' experience gathering requirements/workshops/documentation
• 2+ years' experience configuring ServiceNow modules (ITOM/ITAM/IRM/SecOps/TPRM)

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture, validate, and document business requirements, user stories, and current/future state processes
• Analyze processes, controls, and tools to identify opportunities for ServiceNow configuration and automation across multiple modules
• Support functional design and configuration of ServiceNow solutions (forms, workflows, notifications, SLAs, dashboards, reports, roles, access controls)
• Document data models, taxonomies, workflows, controls, and reporting requirements for governance use cases
• Produce project artifacts: requirements docs, functional designs, test scenarios, training materials, release notes, deployment support
• Collaborate with client, functional, and technical teams to support demonstrations, UAT, defect triage, training, cutover, and adoption
