Job summary

iTech AG is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance an enterprise ServiceNow implementation for a federal agency. This role will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management module to provide portfolio visibility, demand management, investment planning, and executive decision support.

Qualifications

Five or more years of hands on ServiceNow development experience.
Experience implementing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, scripting, and platform architecture.
Experience in Agile or SAFe delivery models.
Ability to work in a regulated federal environment with governance and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform in alignment with requirements and governance.
Support and enhance existing ServiceNow capabilities, including ITSM and related modules.
Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
Lead implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management capabilities.
