Vaspire Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer to lead platform design, coding and integration efforts remotely in the United States.

You will implement Demand, Project and Program management, leverage Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and UI Builder, and drive AI-enabled development across workspaces and templates.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience with enterprise workflow automation and integrations.

Responsabilités

• Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM modules including Demand, Project, Program, Agile Development, Resource Management and OKRs.
• Develop and maintain intake workflows, demand assessment processes, templates, allocation models and financial tracking solutions.
• Configure roadmap planning, portfolio hierarchies, funding models, and strategic objectives.
• Support stakeholders with enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimisation initiatives.
• Develop custom solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Build and support Workspaces, UI Builder Pages and Custom Applications.
• Participate in platform upgrades and health improvement initiatives.
• Leverage AI capabilities (Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Search, Virtual Agent) to accelerate analysis, testing and documentation.

Experience

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience with enterprise workflow automation and integrations.
