Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions, including modules such as Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, and Agile Delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable, and secure SPM solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Define technical strategy, architecture, and integration patterns for implementing SPM within the broader ServiceNow platform and across enterprise systems.
• Design and implement custom workflows, dashboards, and reporting capabilities to enhance visibility and governance across projects, programs, and portfolios.
• Provide expert-level guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, including application architecture, data models, and module configurations within the SPM suite.
• Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure all configurations and customizations comply with ServiceNow development standards and governance policies.
• Act as a key liaison between business teams, ServiceNow developers, and enterprise architects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation strategies.
• Support the upgrade, enhancement, and optimization of existing SPM implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal impact on business operations.
• Mentor and guide technical teams and administrators on best practices in ServiceNow SPM implementation, development, and maintenance.
• Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to continuously improve platform capabilities and recommend innovations.
