Role Overview

The Solutions Architect (SA) leads technical teams in deploying ServiceNow projects, collaborating with project managers and business consultants to deliver value-driven solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Travel

This remote role is open to candidates in Central or Eastern Time Zones, with approximately 5% travel required.

Responsibilities
  • Explain and implement industry and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Lead delivery projects: demos, requirements gathering, designing solutions, refining agile stories, and reviewing work.
Required Skills
  • Experience with ITIL framework.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including configuration and customization.
  • Strong JavaScript skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Leadership experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
  • Ability to communicate solutions effectively to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflow/Flow Designer, and table/form creation.
  • Agile methodology experience.
  • Understanding of configuration management within ITIL.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow System Admin and Implementation Specialist.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years as a ServiceNow administrator.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules, with implementation experience preferred.
