Job Overview :

The ServiceNow Solution Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their business needs, and effectively positioning ServiceNow solutions to meet those needs. This role requires strong sales acumen, technical knowledge of ServiceNow products, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

This position is remote, based in San Diego, CA or Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
  2. Identify potential clients, conduct outreach, and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Understand client requirements and challenges to propose tailored ServiceNow solutions.
  4. Maintain in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow products, features, and benefits, as well as competitive offerings.
  5. Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow capabilities.
  6. Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations aligned with client needs and ServiceNow offerings.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and implementation, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  9. Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and client feedback to management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in solution sales, preferably within IT service management or enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and general IT service management concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and develop effective solutions.
