ICF’s Digital Modernization Division is the leading provider of Digital Transformation services for Federal agencies and other public sector entities.

Our services focus on enabling agency mission and business transformation using industry-leading low-code platforms, mobile applications, robotics process automation, and data analytics platforms. We are partnered with some of the world’s leading and most innovative companies like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and UiPath. We focus on offering a full range of architecture and planning, system implementation, integration, analytics, and O&M for our customers.

The needs of this role will flex and change depending on growth and changes in our digital practice, including participating in the preparation and submission of complex federal proposals. We see this role as one who steps in upon demand to help us define the total solution (people, process, and tools) that meets the customer's needs and aligns with our capabilities. You will work closely with the VP of our Digital Practice.

  • Coordinate with the capture manager, proposal manager, and other stakeholders to ensure the ServiceNow solution is consistent with the win strategy, themes, and discriminators.
  • Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, white papers, concept of operations, architecture diagrams, technical volumes, and staffing plans.
  • Review and provide feedback on the proposal content, ensuring it is clear, concise, and compliant with the solicitation.
  • Present and defend the solution to internal and external reviewers, including senior management and customers.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the federal market and the solution domain.
  • Based on your experiences and interests, we may ask you as a technology professional to support growth-related activities, including (but not limited to) RFI, RFP, prototypes, and oral presentations. Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications for their practice expertise.

Preference will be given to candidates in the MD DC VA area.
