Job summary

NewRocket seeks a ServiceNow / AI Solution Architect to lead the Plutus platform architecture, including scoped apps, workspace patterns, workflow automation, and AI-enabled design. The role ensures scalable, secure governance and readiness for AI agent deployment and insurance workflow automation.

The candidate will partner with customer teams, define integration patterns, and establish technical standards while guiding the project to successful deployment and ongoing governance.

Responsibilities

• Set technical standards for configuration, governance, and guardrails.
• Validate AI behavior, escalation logic, guardrails, and monitoring needs.
• Collaborate with customer teams on environment readiness and deployment approach.
• Remain involved to ensure architecture integrity during implementation.

Role: ServiceNow / AI Solution Architect

The ServiceNow / AI Solution Architect will own the ServiceNow application architecture for Plutus, including scoped application design, workspace and user experience patterns, workflow automation, agentic AI design, human-in-the-loop controls, integration patterns, and platform governance. This role ensures that Plutus is architected as a scalable, secure, and governed ServiceNow solution that supports AI agent deployment, insurance workflow automation, and customer environment readiness.

Role Summary

The ServiceNow / AI Solution Architect will own the ServiceNow application architecture for Plutus, including scoped application design, workspace and user experience patterns, workflow automation, agentic AI design, human-in-the-loop controls, integration patterns, and platform governance. This role ensures that Plutus is architected as a scalable, secure, and governed ServiceNow solution that supports AI agent deployment, insurance workflow automation, and customer environment readiness.

Primary Responsibilities

• Define the ServiceNow and Plutus application architecture.
• Determine how Plutus fits within the customer’s ServiceNow environment.
• Design scoped application, workspace, workflow, integration, and agentic AI patterns.
• Define how agents, workflows, user experiences, business rules, integrations, and human approvals work together.
• Establish technical standards for configuration, extension, governance, and platform guardrails.
• Validate AI behavior, escalation logic, guardrails, acceptance criteria, and operational monitoring needs.
• Partner with customer technical teams to confirm environment readiness, required connectivity, identity/access considerations, and deployment approach.
• Remain actively involved throughout implementation to ensure architecture integrity.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on implementation experience with Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, agent orchestration, or related ServiceNow AI capabilities
• Experience designing ServiceNow solutions for insurance, financial services, risk, compliance, or regulated workflow environments
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST/API patterns, IntegrationHub, or customer environment connectivity
• Experience defining platform governance, technical standards, and scalable implementation patterns for enterprise ServiceNow programs

Preferred Insurance Core-System Integration Experience

Preferred candidates should bring practical awareness of how ServiceNow-based AI agents and workflows may interact with insurance systems and data sources in a client environment.

• Experience with insurance core-system integration concepts, including policy administration, claims, broker/customer platforms, document systems, and insurance data flows
• Understanding of how ServiceNow workflows, records, APIs, and agent actions may need to interact with customer enterprise systems
• Familiarity with REST/API patterns, IntegrationHub, data mapping, data readiness, identity/access, and security considerations in regulated environments
• Ability to evaluate integration complexity, identify dependencies, and partner with customer technical teams without over-positioning the role as a full enterprise integration architect
• Experience supporting insurance, financial services, risk, compliance, or other regulated workflow environments preferred
